"Relational" Onboarding and Staff Development
I quite like Sacha's take on relational onboarding with Web 2.0 tools. Very useful in its own right, but it also makes me think about staff development and how it needs to go from being administrative to being "relational." Also thinking about how professional development needs to be more growth-oriented.
